Our Area Directors are the franchise owners who make it all happen. And we think our AD role is one worth getting to know. Don’t take our word for it – we’ve caught the eyes of greats like Inc., Entrepreneur, and Fortune who agree. And no, we’re not your typical sell-your-life-savings franchise. 1. Low-Cost (No Initial Franchise Fee)

We believe business ownership should be off-limits only to those who aren’t willing to put in the work – not those who don’t have a porky piggy bank. So in order to attract the right people, we’ve continued to waive our initial franchise fee for all Area Directors (ADs). Passion and determination are the foundation for success in this role, and it doesn’t come without sacrifice. ADs will still need to support themselves during ramp-up, which takes a few months. Our hope is that by waiving a franchise fee, we can provide this opportunity to more salespeople looking for a positive change.


2. Work-From-Home

Work flexibility and success in sales do not usually go hand-in-hand. At N2, this is one of the reasons we exist. When we started, our co-founders were fixed on the idea that professional success shouldn’t be at odds with personal fulfillment. So they crafted an entrepreneurial opportunity where people can set their own schedules and be their own boss. Since our AD role doesn’t require a brick-and-mortar store or even a rented office space, most ADs save money by working right out of their own homes. And because travel is very minimal, they have more time to spend with family. 


3. Training & Support

Our ADs don’t do this all on their own – in fact, we have a proven process in place to ensure they succeed. We have highly acclaimed training and programs in place with more than a decade-worth of success stories to vouch for it. With more than 900 successful franchises launched, we’ve dialed in our program and know how to coach new franchisees through the ramp-up process. One-on-one mentorship, on-demand learning, weekly coaching calls, and national sales conferences play a big role for our ADs, so if they don’t have a background in sales, that’s okay. All that’s needed is strong motivation and a willingness to stick to the training provided.

Through our giving program, N2GIVES, we use our for-profit business to provide financial resources to non-profits who best match our heart and who rescue and restore the lives of human trafficking victims. Since 2016, we’ve been able to give more than $13 million to the cause – one of our proudest accomplishments to date.
