Temporary Premium Placement – Standard Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions form an addendum to the existing Advertising Agreement between the Advertiser and The N2 Company (“N2”). They apply only when the Advertiser accepts a temporary premium ad placement offer by email or other written confirmation. These Terms supplement the existing Advertising Agreement, which remains in full force and effect except as modified below.
1. Temporary Premium Placement
Advertiser will receive a temporary upgrade to a premium ad location in the publication(s) (e.g., inside front cover, inside back cover, outside back cover) subject to availability. The upgraded ad placement will begin with the issue specified in the offer and continue on a month-to-month basis until:
- The premium spot is terminated as provided in these Terms;
- The underlying Advertising Agreement expires; or
- The Advertiser opts out in writing with 30-day notice.
The upgraded ad size, location, and temporary premium rate will be specified in the individual offer sent to the Advertiser.
2. Term Alignment
The temporary premium placement runs concurrently with the Advertiser’s existing Advertising Agreement. Time spent in the premium position counts toward fulfillment of the Term commitment under that Agreement. If the temporary premium placement ends while the Advertising Agreement still has remaining Term, the ad will return to its original size, location, and rate under the existing Advertising Agreement.
3. Termination of Premium Placement
N2 may terminate the temporary premium placement upon written notice.
4. Courtesy Notice of Long-Term Offer
In some cases, N2 may offer the temporary premium advertiser a courtesy notice if another advertiser expresses interest in purchasing the premium placement under a long-term agreement. This courtesy is provided at N2’s discretion and doesn’t create any obligation to notify the advertiser, hold the space, or extend any right to match the terms of another offer.
If no new agreement is reached between Advertiser and N2, the premium placement will end, and the ad will return to its original size, location, and rate under the existing Advertising Agreement.
5. No Further Changes
These terms don’t modify any other aspect of the Advertising Agreement except as expressly stated herein. No rights to continued premium placement are granted beyond the limited temporary period described above.
