Community Spotlight: Meet Our Veteran Neighbors

Richard Wills

Richard served as a Marine Corps Rifleman, Rifle Squad Leader, and Platoon Sergeant from 2012 to 2016. His meritorious impact earned him the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal during his two deployments, which included combat service in the Middle East and the Horn of Africa.

Now living on Beaufort Circle with his wife, Abby, Richard appreciates the tight-knit feel of the area. “We love how friendly our neighbors are and how willing everyone is to help out if you need anything,” he shares.

Chad Stout

Chad is an Air Force veteran who served as a Base Training Superintendent. Today, he and his wife, Rachael, reside on Herons Bay. They are the proud parents of two grown children, Alliyah and Nadia.

For the Stouts, the draw of the community is simple: they love being by the lake and surrounded by such amazing people.
